A sales manager is the person responsible for leading and coaching a team of salespeople. A Sales Manager's tasks often include assigning sales territories, setting quotas, mentoring the members of her sales team, assigning sales training, building a sales plan, and hiring and firing sales people. In large companies, sales quotas and plans are usually set at the executive level and a manager's main responsibility is to see to it that her salespeople meet those quotas and uphold any policies passed down from above.

Responsible of A Sales Manager

  • Overall responsibility for offline distribution channels & market development activities to achieve overall company objectives.
  • Developing a sound distribution strategy to complement the business model and support with needs in market segments that are unable to purchase through the direct.
  • Sales Manager is Lead and manage the distribution channels and teams with model and interest in priority.
  • Build and cultivate efficient and aggressive distribution team/individuals.
  • Power user computer skills and good in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and other relevant software.
  • Meticulous in work effort and a team player to ensure cross departmental collaboration and support.
  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • Strong leadership qualities with an ability to interact and liaise with many different management levels in the Organization
  • Good in team management skills. Work as a leader in providing direction but also collaborate within a larger team setting to further the Commercial goals.
You Must-have : 
  • Have management experience leading and developing direct reports. have a keen sense of market & consumer trends.
  • Proficient in English & other local languages.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to converse with Senior Management and high-ranked external figures.
  • Strong understanding of distribution
  • Ambitious, results-driven and able to work independently
  • Pleasant personality and pro-active attitude
  • Good interpersonal, communication and strong analytical & presentation skills
  • Microsoft Office application skills is a must
